Can a dark skin girl use Ben Nye Banana Powder ?
Hello !
I can't keep away from you guys haha. I was trying hold on to this post until tomorrow but the day has been wonderful, I am moving forward with my dreams and getting more and more creative for each day.
One of my favorite things to do is to do my makeup. I have been trying out translucent powders because they give your concealer a great finish and highlight your eyes enough to make you look bright and keep your concealer in place.
I recently bought the famous Ben Nye banana powder that Kim Kardashians make up artist revealed to the world. The big deal about this powder is that it's a theatrical makeup brand but it is really popular.
I bought mine in "banana "for under my eyes and I am starting to get the hang of it with out looking too light or as a few may say crazy. I know what your thinking ;
_Can a dark skin girl use the same colour as Kim Kardashian? Yes I (you) can, because if you have the same yellow undertone like many blacks do, it will work for you!
Here is a look I did yesterday with it just to show you that it works perfectly. The Ben nye powder is great if you are a person who has oily skin/areas and you want to keep your makeup in place all day. I love the fact that it blends in with your own skintone with out looking white and even though it keeps your skin looking flawless and not oily it doesn't make it dry. I tried a lumene powder before that I got for christmas and I did like it but it made my skin very dry and patchy after a while.
I will be back to give you more looks with my Ben Nye Banana powder and perhaps a before/and after so you guys can see better.
I was so happy with this look that I wanted to share it today!
I will be back to talk more about my hair, child don't worry!
If you want to know where I got my powder I bought it at >>camerareadycosmetics.com <<
The shipping is really fast and no surprise payments when I picked it up at the post office.
The containers are light wieghted and will last you a long time, because a little last a long way but it can end up every where because it's soo smooth and light so be careful when opening. Kids under 1years on the other hand won't be able to open it so easily haha *pheew*
My necklace is from Colours of Africa, link is in "my links"
