Revlon color bomb 513 put to the test
Hey guys!
Hope everything is good with you today, a few days ago I thought of trying some color in my weave,
beause it is too red for me, I like it, but I just don't want it to be too far away from my natural color. The color
that said on the packet when I bought it was nr. 2 (my hair is a nr. 1b, but since I've permed it it's gone one step lighter) But hte packet I bought was almost like a nr. 4.
So at work (Björn Axén) we are selling this new hair tinting, so it's not a permanent color if washes out. But it onyl workes on chemical colored hair, meaning not on natural hair.
The meaning with this magical thing is too give you a extra umf to your colored hair. When your hair is getting a bit dull and the color starts to feel a bit gray, you can add the color bomb to your colored hair and it will make it look fresh and add a little color to it but it also has a deep conditioning effect. Very important to know thaat when your roots start showing this won't add color to it, cause it doesn't work on uncolored/natural hair!
So I was hoping that maybe my hair (weave) could get a little darker from this color bomb, that is a dark brown color. My hair is a little red, and I wanted it to tone down a little. This is the process check it out.
This is a test pack. I used two and a half on my 4 tracks.

After washing my hair (Check out earlier post for how you wahs your tracks for good quality after) I rubbed in the color in the hair and comb through and let it stay in maybe 15min, as you can see it says 3 minutes, but it takes 3 min to put it in on each track, so no way.

The quality of the hair changed admediatley, got really soft as you can see :)

Let it dry the whole night. And I think the wuality really improved, the color did get a little darker, but not that much as I hoped for. The ends of the hair really got softer, I'm really happy about that, so this is deffently a good deep conditioner for colored hair, and it does give that extra umf.

Will post later on today to see if there is a good before and after picture to see if the color got through a little :D
catch u later!
This is what they look like if you buy them in the store :
